General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Miriam Schwab Fine Art - Sale of Art Objects
1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and deliveries of original artworks and art prints made via the website https://miriam-schwab.com.
2. Contracting Parties The purchase contract is concluded with Miriam Schwab Fine Art, Bitze 35a, 6842 Koblach, Austria. Contact options: Email: miriam_schwab@outlook.com.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract (3.1) The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. (3.2) By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the website. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately after submission via automated email along with acceptance of the order.
4. Prices and Payment (4.1) The prices stated on the website are final prices including value added tax. (4.2) Payment is made optionally by advance payment, credit card, PayPal, or another method indicated on the website.
5. Delivery and Returns (5.1) Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. (5.2) The delivery time is indicated on the website or in the order confirmation. (5.3) Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. (5.4) Returned goods must be in unused and saleable condition.
6. Reservation of Title The goods remain the property of Miriam Schwab Fine Art until full payment has been made.
7. Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
8. Warranty The statutory warranty regulations apply
9. Liability Liability for damages caused by simple negligence is excluded, unless they concern essential contractual obligations.
10. Data Protection The data necessary for business transactions will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies as part of order processing.
11. Final Provisions (11.1) Austrian law applies. (11.2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Shipping Terms
Original paintings and Fine Art Prints shipped to destinations outside of Austria may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miriam Schwab Fine Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Standard shipping time frame
Estimated Delivery Time: 10-14 business days within Austria

International shipping time frame
Estimated Delivery Time: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
